Shipping Summary

 

We ship all our products from either Canada or Cambodia, dependant on inventory levels.  Oddly enough, packages sent from Cambodia for the most part arrive within the same delivery time as those sent from North America.

 

Additional details on our shipping practices are listed below, if you have any questions or concerns the best course of action is to always select the following contact us link.

 

We ship most packages within 48 hours of verified payment:

   

     -Expect an email when your shipment has been electronically submitted.

     -We usually ship via regular air mail.

     -Online tracking & delivery confirmation are available on shipments delivered from North America.

     -Selected packages may be verified at www.canadapost.ca or www.usps.com or www.purolator.com and www.fedex.com

     -Packages destined to North America from North America, generally arrive within 15 business days.

 

 

 

 

 

International Shipping:

 

     -Packages sent outside North America are sent by regular airmail.

     -Default International orders do not include online tracking or delivery confirmation.

      (please contact us for additional tracking charges)

     -Arrival times vary according to region.

 

Our Refund Policy?

 

     -Simple.  Contact us, return it, we will issue a refund or replacement (less shipping charges).

     -If you are dissatisfied in any way, contact us & we will solve your issue.

      *Specialized or customized orders can not be refunded

 

Delayed or Lost Packages

 

     -Packages which are significantly delayed and sent via Canada Post will be investigated by Canada post.

     -We can not launch an inquiry until 30 days from the date of shipment on selected packages.
